Do hosted plans include SMS sending fees?
SMS gateway usage is separate from your software subscription. Actual messaging rates depend on your provider and usage.
What's the difference between hosted and self-hosted?
Hosted plans include platform hosting, SSL, basic support and software upgrades. Self-hosted licenses let you install the software on your own server; paid support plans are available.
Can I build a white-label SMS service?
Yes. Branding and client-account capabilities are available, with agency-style reseller functionality reserved for ULTRA. Reseller accounts can create their own client users and sell custom SMS credit packages through the user dashboard.
Does every level include the same features?
No. Some capabilities are unlocked at higher levels. Review the comparison above before purchasing.
What are the hosting requirements for the self-hosted package?
Self-hosted installations require a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environment. Almost all hosting companies already have the basic components installed by default.
